Ryan's most emotional episode yet - A Father’s Day Surprise

This week’s episode is a special Father’s Day edition, and one Ryan certainly wasn’t expecting. What begins as a conversation about fatherhood takes an emotional turn when a surprise message from his dad leaves him completely speechless, and the whole room fighting back tears.

Also, as Ryan becomes an uncle for the fifth time, he opens up about the complex reality of holding multiple emotions at once. While celebrating a joyful family milestone, he reflects on how moments like these can also stir memories and feelings from the past of their own difficulties with fertility. This leads to a thoughtful conversation about comparison, gratitude, and how two seemingly conflicting emotions can exist side by side.

And we also get into a little domestic debate as Louise enters her DIY era, sparking whether building work is a blue or pink job.
