Jonathan has spent almost 4 decades in the KM profession, witnessing acquisitions, demergers, and the emergence of new information technologies through roles at Cadbury and Kraft Foods. He currently serves as a KM leader focused on global knowledge retention strategy and the use of AI tools for identifying and exploiting tacit knowledge.

In this conversation, Zach and Jonathan discuss how Mondelēz is keeping up with the rate of change of KM, what to do when leadership might not be sold on it, and how to recreate a career path like Jonathan's.
