How to truly feel - Daily Wisdom

Welcome back to Daily Wisdom.

In the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu says that the heavy is the root of the light, and stillness is the master of restlessness.

I find this line very helpful when we speak about emotions, because the question is not only how to feel more, or how to feel less. The deeper question is how to remain rooted while something moves through us.
