Meditation Monday: Just Breathe

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

So many people seem to be dealing with so much at the moment, and as we reached the peak of the sun's energies yesterday with the summer solstice, and Mars moves into Gemini this week, we may be feeling the heightened energies and overwhelm. So for this week's meditation, I invite you to simply sit with me, to take a pause and a deep breath. Let's just sit and slow down together. ❤️

Crystal for this meditation: Lepidolite to help you release overwhelm and find calm amidst life's uncertainties.
