We discuss the consequences of Iran's restriction of commercial trade through the Strait of Hormuz for dollar hegemony and more broadly on the global economy. We'll learn about swap lines and the UAE and other gulf economic vulnerabilities. Perhaps we will also assess the view that China is the key target of the Iran War and the theory that global energy control has been the main strategic goal of US interests.
