Iran War Day 120: GCC Demands Missile Deal as Trump Reveals Iran's Buried Uranium

Before the next phase of negotiations begins, the Gulf states have dramatically raised the stakes.

On Day 120 of the US-Iran War, the Gulf Cooperation Council and the United States issue a landmark joint statement demanding that any final agreement with Iran must go beyond its nuclear programme to include ballistic missiles, drones and Tehran's regional proxy network. It's the clearest signal yet that the peace process is expanding well beyond the original Memorandum of Understanding.

Meanwhile, President Trump reveals that Iran's enriched uranium was not destroyed during Operation Epic Fury but buried beneath the three nuclear sites, where he says it remains under constant American surveillance. He also discloses that he once considered sending US troops into Iran to recover the material before rejecting the plan, while signalling he would be willing to meet Iran's new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
