Chatting with my Psychotherapist about Psychotherapy

Today on the episode, I have Monique on the podcast to chat all things Pyshcotherapy. I started seeing Monique Janurary 2022 after a really rough breakup. After being able to form my words, I was able to realize that I had depression and anxiety. She helped me find the right medication as well as helping me become the person I am today.

While Monique is no longer my psycotherapist, I am so happy to have her on the podcast to share her journey into psychotherapy, finding the right medications for you, how to work through addictions with psychotherapy, and it's okay to break up with providers if they aren't a good fit.
