This weekend marks our 250th birthday! A country with great accomplishments yet we’re all miserable right now. That’s not just hyperbole either, a recent poll shows that American’s aren’t feeling too patriotic at the moment. This is due to a variety of reasons, the Supreme Court continues to make bad rulings such as the recent overturning of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for immigrants in this nation. Washington DC seems to be under a constant state of construction as Congress just appears to be absent as it’s done.
