Dilly Carter is joined by joined by broadcasting legend Lorraine Kelly.

Lorraine brings three special items for Dilly to unpack – each revealing a story from her life, from the teacup that marks the very start of her career to memories of her love of travel.

She also shares the joys of being a proud grandmum and reveals an unexpected passion: she’s a huge Star Trek fan. Along the way, the pair chat about Lorraine’s fridge covered in travel magnets – much to Dilly’s horror – and share a laugh about that relatable habit of cleaning before the cleaners arrive. Lorraine admits organisation isn’t exactly her strong suit… but what will Dilly discover inside the boxes?

Sort Your Life Out Unpacked is a new podcast hosted by tidying expert Dilly Carter. In each episode, Dilly chats to a celebrity guest and unboxes three mystery objects from their home that reveal what is really important to them. At the end, Dilly asks her guest whether they are going to keep, donate or recycle any of the items and, along the way, we learn how to organise and sort our own lives out.
