Hey friends, I’m Grace, host of the Hallelujah! Podcast, where we talk about faith, marriage, identity, healing, and living a life rooted in God’s truth.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing my personal journey with an disordered eating, weight loss, weight gain, shame, and what actually set me free.

I went from being underweight, to overweight, and everything in between. For years, my worth was tied to my body. I tried every diet, counselling, prayer, quick fix, and solution I could find but nothing worked. I was trapped in a vicious cycle and felt like I had no hope. What finally set me free wasn’t a diet, a number on the scale, or a miracle overnight—it was the truth of God’s Word.

In this episode, I share how scripture, surrender, and renewing my mind transformed the way I see my body, my worth, and my life.

This is a raw and honest conversation about:

- Eating disorders and disordered eating

- Weight gain and weight loss

- Body image and identity

- Shame, control, and surrender

- Finding freedom through biblical truth
