This week Rae (they/them) chats with local non-binary legend and award-winning author Kris Kneen (they/them) about their new book Rite of Spring which ‘fuses place, psychological drama, the primordial nature of the ocean and the personal search for a centre.’ Kris and Rae chat about the book’s trans, gender-messy and speculative themes, and about the upcoming launch at Avid Reader on Friday 10 July at 6pm.
