Living With Your Ex After a Breakup

This week, we're talking about one of the hardest breakup situations I can imagine... living with your ex.

If you've ever found yourself trying to heal while still sharing a home with the person who broke your heart, you'll know just how confusing it can be. One minute you're crying in your room, the next you're bumping into them in the kitchen pretending everything's fine. It can make moving on feel almost impossible.

In this episode, I'm sharing the biggest mistakes I think people make when they're living with an ex after a breakup, from slipping back into old relationship routines and overanalysing every little interaction, to why boundaries aren't just important... they're essential. I also talk about the things that will genuinely help you protect your peace, start letting go, and remind your brain that this chapter won't last forever.
