Then they told the judge they didn’t have a sufficient grasp of the discovery to question witnesses.

Before his re-arrest in June 2025, Barry was living in Cave Creek, Arizona, under the name Lee Moore. The woman he’d been with since late 2024 had no idea he was Barry Morphew. He told her Suzanne had been “abducted” in Colorado. Police found an AR-15 and a silencer in his safe when they searched the home after the arrest.
