NYDL Episode 49: I’m Sick Of Food…We Sick From Food

No promo, running this one live. In this episode Sir and Modern Malcom discuss why our food choices are trapping us into an unhealthy lifestyle. We all know the feeling… the ITIS! Although it has become normalized in the black diaspora, it is not a good feeling. Feeling bloated, tired and weak is not supposed to be the effect of food. Modern Malcolm will discuss his journey on the Omad way of eating and how it has helped changed his perspective on eating. We all not growing at the same speed but the important thing is that we continue to grow. Food is supposed be your medicine and most of us have been trained to have food be the enemy of our health. The money is in the treating symptoms, never the cure. Let’s rethink our relationship with food. We have to be the change if we want the next generation to surpass us. Tap In, Let’s Grow!
