Nourishing the Mother: Ebby Moyer on Pregnancy, Birth, and Trusting Your Body

This is a long awaited and truly a manifestation of a podcast that we have today with none other than Ebby Moyer! I’m so excited about it. Many of you who follow me are likely to ALSO follow Ebby. She is a very natural, holistically minded, Christian, and kinda woowoo mama like me living in Hawaii with her husband and two sons. She is beautifully knowledgeable in hormone health, cycle syncing, nutrition, and is honestly sharing her journey as a postpartum mother and navigating many of the challenges that brings such as body image which you know is something I have always struggled with and I deeply appreciate her for that.

And before I go any further we DO have a part two coming! This conversation is all about pregnancy and birth, comparing her two experiences, my questions around having a second child, taking away the fear of birth and highlighting the beauty of home birth (though if you choose to birth in a hospital we think that is DOPE AS HELL!).
