Ecclesiastes: The Problem of Doubt

This Sunday we explored something called our ‘faith journey’. We’re all on one. “That tough time in high school really grew my faith.” “That difficult period in our marriage really grew our faith.” If its true that Christians are always growing into more faith, then its equally true that Christians are always growing out of more doubt. Therefore, doubt is not a dirty word, rather, its just as much a part of the ‘faith journey’ as faith is. And we need to learn how to work with it, not deny it. Christ is not angry with your doubt, he actually wants to work with your doubt.
