In this online seminar we deep-dive into the social aspect of ESG by focusing on D&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). How can we find those companies who are best managing their relationships with employees and the societies in which they operate? What key aspects of D&I should we look for? And how can we as investors make an impact by influencing companies to do more?

A seminar for investor professionals, as well as companies who meet emerging demands and expectations regarding social sustainability from their owners. The main topics that we aim to answer during the seminar is:

- What is the extra value in owning companies who do well on social measures, especially when it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion?

- What are the main factors you should look at when deciding whether a company is successful within DE&I?

- As an investor/owner, how do we approach ESG both in terms of analysis and our work, to help companies improve?
