Ghost In The Shell Episode 5 Reaction: We Have Some "Major" Story Issues...

🔥 **Ghost in the Shell Episode 5: Phantom Fund** delivers another visually stunning chapter in Science SARU's adaptation, but is the story beginning to repeat itself? In this in-depth review and discussion, we break down Episode 5's biggest moments, the incredible animation, the return of the **Puma Sisters**, the standout role of the **Fuchikomas**, and whether the show's rapid pacing is preventing it from reaching the philosophical heights of the 1995 film and **Stand Alone Complex**.

We also debate whether the series relies too heavily on recurring themes like government corruption, cybercrime, and political conspiracy, and ask the biggest question facing this adaptation: **Can a 10-episode season deliver the depth that Ghost in the Shell is famous for?**

💬 **What did YOU think of Episode 5: Phantom Fund?** Is Science SARU creating the definitive manga adaptation, or do you prefer the storytelling of Stand Alone Complex? Let us know in the comments!
