PayProp Quarterly Rental Index for Q1 2026: What the Latest Numbers Tell Us

In this episode, we take a visual walkthrough of the new PayProp Quarterly Rental Index for Q1 2026 and unpack what the latest data tells us about South Africa’s residential rental market.
