PAUSE… Allow yourself to fully surrender to this healing energy, Let go of any negative thoughts, Emotions, Or physical sensations that may be blocking your path to wellness. PAUSE… Trust that the universe is supporting you in your healing journey, And that you are deserving of all the love and abundance it has to offer. PAUSE… Visualize yourself in perfect health and harmony, Radiating with vitality and joy. See yourself living your life to the fullest, With the energy and enthusiasm to pursue your dreams and fulfill your purpose.
