In 1981, investigators were just beginning to uncover the extent of Billy Mansfield Jr’s violence, and his arrest for the murder of a young mother in California, Rene Saling, was only the beginning. In part 2, we return to the investigation as authorities begin to piece together his possible involvement in the disappearance of Sandra Graham from a bar in Tampa. But when an informant comes forward with new information, the scope of his crimes becomes difficult to imagine.
