Co-founders have one the most intense relationships as there is so much at stake while navigating the rollercoaster of business building, so how do you deal with your partner(s) when you feel that your boundaries have been crossed?

Whether they have an intense reaction under stress which tends to overwhelm you, or they what’s app at any hour of the day and night, or maybe they want to share too many personal stories when you’d prefer to get on with the job..

Getting your boundaries right is so essential and yet no easy to do, which is why I’ve invited Emma Saccomani for this episode to talk about setting up - and maintaining healthy boundaries with your co-founder(s)

Emma is a practical mental health trainer in the workplace and talks a lot about boundaries within organisations.
