Tottenham - Home and Away Episode 107

In this episode of Tottenham – Home and Away, Glen is joined by Richard and Hamish from New Zealand Spurs as we try something a little different — bringing in more voices from around the world while Graeme gets a rare 2am rest.

The main focus is Tottenham’s transfer window. We discuss the big-money arrivals of Tonali, Fernandez, Van Hecke, Senesi, Robertson, Tosin, Savio, Marmoush and Mudryk, and ask whether Spurs have genuinely backed Roberto De Zerbi — or whether the club ended the window in a bit of a panic.

There’s debate over whether Marmoush was the “bomba” signing, whether Spurs still lack a proper number nine, and whether the late moves for Mudryk and Tosin Adarabioyo make sense. We also look at the major outgoings, including Romero, Spence, Vuskovic, Bissouma, Richarlison, and several young players.

We then reflect on the worrying start to the season, especially the Newcastle defeat, the mentality issue after going behind, De Zerbi’s challenge to make the new squad click, and whether fans are overreacting after two poor league results.
