Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral Im currently week 10 of the cbo protocol and also completed the detox prior to the cbo. I have been having this strange sensation usually after i eat majority of the time where my stomach bugles out, its like my stomach on the upper left side is bloated almost, its not painful just strange sensation like something isnt right (this has been ongoing prior to starting the cbo). Im studying IHP and learnt it could possibly be the LES isnt closing properly, or low hcl. Since starting the cbo i also have been getting pain that is in my upper left side sometimes right and below my neck mid back all upper. Could this be related? Would you have any idea what this could be? I had a abdo ultrasound, gallbladder was fine but showed a small cyst in my kidney and liver? Many thanks joanna

Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral I have just been diagnosed with a simple cyst on my liver and one on my kidney. I am week 10 of the cbo and completed the detox prior. Do you know what could possibly cause these cysts and how i can treat them naturally?? Could it be a build up of toxins not been excreted? What causes cyst to develop in the body? I did come off the oral contraceptive pill in aug 2018 and since then have been very depleted in minerals and found out i was very acidic and was getting stomach cramps etc. I heard a acidic body could cause these also. Joanna: Hi Dr cabral Thankyou for taking the time to answer all these questions. I have been diagnosed with high pyrolls disorder about 1 year ago, which means i dont absord zinc or b6 well. I take both b6 and zinc.I take about 50mg of zinc before bed and also whats in the DNS, and i take b6 as part of your activated b vitamins. My question is; im currently week 10 of the cbo and working on gut healing and absorption however im still not absorbing zinc, i have white spots on my nails and they just don't disappear. What can i do to better absorb zinc. I take zinc picolinate (brand is NOW from iherb? ) many thanks

Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral I have been told i am a undermethylater and was prescribed NAC and Sam-e for serotonin production. My question is, is the supplement sam-e neccessary, i have started adrenal soothe recently however as i have histamine issues i get bad hayfever and sinus so is difficult to take due to ashwahganda causing histmaine intolerance. Can you heal from undermethylation is this something i will always have to live with ? I found sam-e dosent do much for me however im sure its doing something. Thanks cabral :)

Joanna: Hi Dr cabral I just wanted to know how you healed your histamine intolerance? Over the years what did you do? I have a histamine intolerance and cant eat high histamine foods or take adrenal soothe cause of the ashwahganda makes me react.Im completing the cbo but have reintroduced alot of fruits like bananna and pinapple etc which is causing me alot of hayfever sinus etc I think this could be a big underlying roor cause for alot of my issues How can i slowly treat this so i can one day tolerate more histamine foods and have less allergys Ps. I do have ashma since i was little and have always suffered allergys etc thankyou

Magda: Hello - I am going to start the 7 day detox program this Friday morning, May 10. I see that a cup of herbal tea is optional. Is it optional to have a cup of coffee in the morning upon waking? Or not recommended during this detox program? Thank you, Magda
