What you don’t need to apologize for

What you don’t need to apologize for

How often do you find yourself saying “I’m sorry” when you really don’t need to?

As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned that not every situation calls for an apology, and not every expectation deserves to be met just to keep the peace. In this episode, I invite you to take a closer look at the things you often apologize for and ask yourself if they truly need an apology...or if you’ve simply gotten used to putting yourself last.

I’ll share some honest reflections on letting go of the need to please everyone, choosing your peace, and learning to save your apologies for the things that truly matter. Because sometimes, growing into yourself means realizing that you don’t have to explain, justify, or apologize for simply being who you are.

If you’ve ever said sorry for taking up space, setting boundaries, choosing yourself, or doing what feels right for you, this conversation might be the sign you need to rethink your apologies.
