ALTARS:

9. Can Hear

- Sometimes your battles against altars need this understanding.

1 Kings 13:2 (KJV) 2 And he cried against the altar in the word of the LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men's bones shall be burnt upon thee.

- An altar is a living thing and it can hear.

10. Are Places of Exchange

- At altars ones weakness is exchanged for the strength of the god who you are raising tbe altar to.

- When you raise an altar of light, the strength of the Lord comes into your life.

- Altars are a place of transaction.

- You may be inadequate in a certain area but when you raise an altar you get adequacy from God to do certain things.

- Men and women who raise altars possess divine strength.

Exodus 29:42-45 (KJV) 42 This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee. 43 And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory. 44 And I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar: I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to me in the priest's office. 45 And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God.

- This is why Isreal was so unbeatable in their battles.

11. Are Places of Covenant

- God is not a promise keeper He is a covenant keeper.

- Whenever you get serious with God He will give you certain terms.

- As you keep doing what He commanded you will never see Him fail his end of the bargain.

- When you get into altar raising you need to pray for grace to hear God, because God speaks at altars.

- Don't just talk to God, listen to Him.

- As you grow more into sonship you will realise you need to listen a lot more than you talk.

- If all you do is bring shopping lists into tbe prayer room you are still a baby spiritually.

Psalms 50:5 (KJV) 5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.

- God wanted those who were men and women of the altar to be gathered so He speaks to them.

12. Have Covenant Terms

- Mind the covenant terms and vows.

- When there are problems and patterns in the bloodline usually God will place covenant terms for you.

- You won't be allowed to do what others do.

- Thats why you see certain men and women thriving till they start getting into certain things.

- There are covenant terms you make with God when you erect altars also be sure to keep those.
