Awaken Hope PM Edition with Jen Ervig on Anxiety and How to Settle It

Jen currently wears many hats: as a pastor, event speaker, author, high school para, and substitute teacher. She strives to bring people closer to Jesus while encouraging them to not take themselves too seriously. Wherever you hear laughter, you’ll usually find Jen. Give her chocolate, coffee, or a hooded sweatshirt and you’ll quickly become her new “favorite” which is a prestigious however fickle title to hold.

She’s been a credentialed minister for 14 years, she holds a Masters of Arts through Kairos University, and she has also acquired her Assemblies of God Coaching Credential. She has authored three award winning books and is working on books four and five. You may have heard her on Spirit105.3 or Purposely Podcasts including fill in host for Erica Parkerson on The Bible for Busy People.

Jen has been married for 22 years and has two boys, aged 20 and 17. She considers her family her favorite Missions Team to work with and her favorite Missions field? Disneyland. Hey, someone’s gotta be a ray of the hope of Jesus in that 90 minute line.
