Summit at Coffee County High School Football (First Half) - 10/17/25

Summit set the tone immediately, marching inside the Raider 30 before quarterback Davis Smith broke containment for a 26-yard touchdown just two minutes in. After a Coffee County three-and-out, Smith struck again — a deep shot down the seam to Michael Crutcher from midfield — and the Spartans led 14–0 with 4:07 left in the first.A Raider fumble late in the quarter gave Summit short field at the CC 42. The defense made the Spartans earn it snap-by-snap, but a goal-line punch early in the second (PAT missed) stretched the margin to 20–0 with 10:17 to play.Coffee County answered with its best first-half series — a patient, physical march capped by QB Kaysen Lowery’s 1-yard keeper to make it 20–7 at 5:54. Special teams fireworks followed in a dizzying 27 seconds: Summit ripped a 75-yard kickoff return TD and added two for 28–7; on the very next kick, Matthew White detonated a 95-yard house call to claw back to 28–14. Both defenses then tightened and the halftime score held.
