JP Miller goes to federal trial in October 2026 on cyberstalking and false statements charges. The indictment alleges a campaign against Mica Miller from November 2022 through her death on April 27, 2024 — surveillance, a tire deflation device, over fifty calls in one day, and an intimate image distributed without consent. Before any of it, Miller positioned himself as the authority in Mica's life.

The family of fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez filed a twelve-count wrongful death lawsuit against D4vd and the people closest to him.
