The structural racism found in wider society is reproduced in progressive movements and parties, creating deep inequalities in the participation and representation of certain groups. This makes it essential that we work on actions and mechanisms to dismantle racism and drive the participation and empowerment of people who aren't white. We'll share the challenges to antiracist participation and the practices we're developing to tackle them.

El racismo estructural presente en nuestra sociedad se reproduce también en los movimientos y partidos progresistas, creando profundas desigualdades en la participación y representación de ciertos colectivos. Por eso es imprescindible que trabajemos acciones y mecanismos para desarticular el racismo e impulsar la participación y empoderamiento de las personas no blancas. Ponemos en común los retos que tenemos en materia de participación antirracista y las prácticas que estamos desarrollando para abordarlos.

El racisme estructural present en la nostra societat es reprodueix també en els moviments i partits progressistes, creant profundes desigualtats en la participació i representació de certs col·lectius. Per això és imprescindible que treballem accions i mecanismes per desarticular el racisme i impulsar la participació i empoderament de les persones no blanques. Posem en comú els reptes que tenim en matèria de participació antiracista i les pràctiques que estem desenvolupant per abordar-los.
