Alone Just Average, Together Strong as Diamond: Mandy Sommers' doTERRA Story

In 2019, Mandy Sommers was criticized by two of her own business partners right before walking the stage for Diamond. It broke her confidence, and what followed was two years of quietly struggling, to the point of nearly walking away from doTERRA for good.

In this conversation with Andy and Natalie Goddard, Mandy shares what pulled her out of it: not a personality overhaul, but a decision to build systems instead of running on burnout. From $750/month in piecemealed platforms to over 500 enrollments without leaving her family for back-to-back travel, Mandy opens up about the mindset shift that took her from Diamond to Blue Diamond and Founder 2.0.

We also pull back the curtain on Grō, the new all-in-one business growth platform Andy and Natalie built alongside leaders like Mandy, including doTERRA-specific AI, built-in CRM, community hubs, pre-built funnels, and courses from top leaders across the company. If you've ever felt like you're carrying your business alone, Post-it notes and all, this episode is for you.
