Echoes of Silence: The Mounting Questions Surrounding Clancy, Birchmore, and Kepner

Three cases, three questions that won't get answered. Tim Cruz won't say whether he's retrying Lindsay Clancy after an 11-to-1 jury sided with her defense. The holdout juror had an active restraining order during the trial and the judge won't investigate. Patrick Clancy has forgiven Lindsay, remarried, and started a new family. Timothy Hudson's defense says one unresolved issue is preventing his plea in Anna Kepner's murder, but they won't identify it. His trial has been delayed three times, his mother won't take him back, and his lawyers have never represented a juvenile in federal court. Matthew Farwell is on trial for Sandra Birchmore's murder.
