Chad Laux: (EP 37) Can Lean help you recruit and develop high potential future leaders?

In this episode, Chad Laux, an Associate Professor of Purdue University & a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), shares his 25 years of Lean experience. He discussed the differences between lean and six sigma, as well as how they complement each other. We talked about the importance of a Lean Six Sigma program when it comes to leadership and the development of high-performing employees. Chad talked about how Lean gives a methodology for keeping the customers in mind while dealing with the reality of business.
