Oscar Roche: (EP 43) Toyota Kata is not a method, but rather a pattern of practicing scientific thinking.

In this episode, Oscar Roche, who has been practicing TWI and Lean for over a decade in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Southeast Asia, shares his experiences working with organizations on TWI and Toyota kata projects.
