In this episode, The author of "Becoming the Supervisor," Hugh Alley, who has 25 years of experience in Lean, including 20 years as a frontline leader, explains how he reduced collection time by 85 percent in four months, wait time by 50 percent in five months, and increased plant throughput by 75 percent in five months using existing staff and facilities.
