Sometimes You Have To Make People Feel Pain

In this episode of the Inner Dominatrix Podcast, Dana answers a question from her Facebook Group: Access Your Inner Dominatrix.

The person wrote “I recently started a program and enrolled 5 people. This isn't the most expensive service I offer, but they've all paid and said they are committed. Now 3 of the people are showing up, making the effort, meeting the accountability portion and 2 are not. Those 2 have me anxious and stressed out because I want them to have results, but it seems like I want it for them more than they do. Any tips?”

Dana shares some of the advice given within the group, and then personalizes it for the specific listener who wrote in. Dana has the benefit of knowing the listener's past struggles with clients, and is more than willing to expand upon it and give her own insights and ideas to help move the listener beyond what they are experiencing.

“Often times when we put our rates up, people are more accountable and more committed”

“What are you putting on you, that is actually about your clients?”

“The problem is that you didn't implement”

“When we hold people accountable, it is not comfortable”

“Most of us are pain avoiders”
