Does a mother who left her life behind have an obligation to meet her biological daughter? Does a child have a right to request that her mother come meet her for the first time? This is a tricky situation with maybe no right answer, but the post certainly raises some interesting questions! What would you do if you were a daughter who never met her mom, or a mom who only felt pain at the idea of meeting her biological daughter? Is it OK to refuse such a request?
