Set an alarm for EACH task and STOP at the max time!
Why? It gets you working faster. And each day you will get faster!
A little each day goes a long way.

Once a week look over your 3-month marketing plan, are you on track? Have you implemented all you need to? (5 mins)
Once a week look over your content calendar what is due for next week in general? (5 mins)
Customer Service (5 mins -1 hour)
Analytics - Last 7 days | Yesterday | Last 90 days (10 mins)
Email Analytics (5 mins)
Social Media Analytics (10 mins)
Ads Analytics
Research your competitors and find 10 new followers- 1 per day - what are they doing? (10 mins)
Spend (1 hour) creating content for the following week (or month, depending on how far ahead you plan work) EG: 1 blog post, 1 email, 5 Canva images
Reply to comment, and Post the content (10 mins) (use Later.com for scheduled posting)
