Particularly in 2 areas.
Recruiting and content marketing.

Our content is performing the best it ever has.
(Big thank you to those who tune into the show.)

We have been able to hire more people in the last two months than in the last two years!
It has unlocked a huge amount of capacity in the business and the ability to grow again.

We have also brought on a brand manager (Hazel) to take the full stack to the next level.
Which excited me a lot as she is far more talented at content than Grant and I.

On the investing front.
