In this episode, Angela and Henna talk about evolution of Ayurvedic wisdom and ways in which it can be incorporated in our daily lives. They lead with Ayurveda empowering us rather than holding us back. Unlike modern wellness sciences, we do not believe in either depriving ourselves or indulging and then feeling guilty about it later. We look at different aspects of our lives and with the help of Ayurveda work towards holistic wellness for the mind, body and soul. Henna is a brand strategy & digital marketing professional by the day and a wellness geek by night. She is an Ayurvedic Wellness & Nutrition enthusiast and is working towards building awareness about time tested Ayurvedic wisdom and ways in which it can be incorporated in our contemporary lives among Millennials. She is an Instagram content creator (@relishandcherish) and also conducts 90 Min workshops on Ayurveda for Modern Living for wellness enthusiasts and student communities like those of Columbia University and Indian Institute of Technology - Madras.
