Kareem Live (Zhark Recordings, Berlin) "Kareem aka Patrick Stottrop es el cofundador de Zhark Recordings y su subsello Ramadán. Desde 1996 y hasta 2007 firmó y publico algunos de los mejores y más oscuros discos de corte industrial, llevando la experimentación electrónica hasta limites nunca pisados en aquella época. Su sonido se fundía en negro, con el techno, el hiphop y el drone, creando una estética sombria y metálica, con el objetivo de transmitir y recrearse en un estado clautrofobico. En 2012, gracias al ojo clínico de Boomkat, casi toda la discográfica de Zhark Recordings, se reedito en formato digital. Todo un acierto, observando los distintos proyectos de corte industrial que nos llegan en el mercado actual. Quizás por ello, a partir de ese año, un renovado Kareem vuelve a reactivar su propio sello, además de publicar junto a unos alumnos aventajados como Ancient Methods en Fondation Sonore, el sello de Amélie Ravalec (Paris/Berlin: 20 Years Of Underground Techno) o en otro destacado del underground, Death Of Rave. Este pionero, muchas veces injustamente infravalorado, nos ofrecerá un directo clínico, para recrearnos en la oscuridad.
