Mary Jelkovsky aka “Mary’s Cup Of Tea” on the gram, has been a face in the eating disorder recovery, self-love, and body confidence community. But how and why did she get there? Mary explained it as this chronic feeling of “I’m not enough” combined with a toxic mix of diet culture and beauty standards that led her right into an 8 year battle with an eating disorder.
