The true power of stillness is that the more we access it, the easier it becomes for its benefits to trickle into all parts of our lives. So come with me, my love, Into your stillness. Into the calm parts of you that so often are invisible because of the noise in your head, The noise in the world. Come into the stillness, And rest. You are home here. PAUSE… What feels like a miniscule opening to enter, Opens up an endless world inside of you. A world of peace and joy and love. PAUSE… A world of deep wisdom about the ways of the Universe, And knowing exactly who you are within it all. PAUSE… We all hesitate surrendering to the stillness, Often telling ourselves we prefer the loudness and motion of our days. It can be scary here. Because the noise can’t cover the truth. The truth of our dark parts, The truth of our greatness. We’re naked and raw in the stillness. PAUSE… But let any fear dissolve, Because only love lives in the stillness.
