PAUSE And with each breath, Allow yourself to become connected to the energy around you. Become aware of the synergy between you and it. PAUSE And, now, as you’re connected and ready, See if you can imagine a beautiful Pink bubble forming all around you. PAUSE And, as the bubble gently encases you, Notice an air of protection and caring filling the space. PAUSE Take a deep breath, and observe. Your entire chest chakra expands with love– Love from the Pink bubble. PAUSE Now, imagine reaching out and touching the bubble, placing your hand against it What does it feel like? PAUSE After a moment, your hand glows Pink, and an abundance of Love and compassion move through you. Breathe in Pink. Take in Pink. PAUSE And, while breathing, this divine Pink force navigates to your heart, where it pauses, and then opens your heart wide. Feel the flood of love and compassion. See your heart overflowing with love and compassion. Let your spirit embrace the love and compassion. All from Pink. PAUSE Draw in a deep breath, and observe as the Pink bubble dissolves. As it dissolves, it shares all the remaining Love and compassion with you, Filling your heart and spirit even more. Forever more. Forever more.
