Being called stupid or made to feel like you are, is a common feeling ADHDers face when trying to navigate the world. Quite often it starts in school and sometimes at home.

They discuss ableism and how this could be improved, masking and cultural dynamics. Drawing from their own experiences, they share their own stories and delve into where the problems lie and how to improve them.
