Richard asks Nancy what the biggest barriers are that women experience in the tech sector and how leaders can better support women in the industry, and highlights some organisations who are already working to bring about change

Nancy’s advice to any young women who want to get into IT and practical steps that companies and individuals can take to create a more welcoming and a more inclusive environment specifically for women in tech.
