DELPHI LIES- 'Early INTERVIEWS Are NOT Important In A Murder Case', WTF?

In the tragic Delphi murders case – where two young girls were killed – an unbelievable twist has occurred. A man who, years ago, voluntarily cooperated with police, is now the prime suspect. Richard Allen initially seemed like a helpful witness, but now he's been arrested.
