Sometimes the hardest part about dealing with a breakup, isn’t always the breakup. It’s figuring out how to overcome the feeling of failure and low self esteem that can come shortly after.

To wrap up breakup month on Almost Adulting, today we welcome licensed psychologist Guy Winch! Guy is a leading advocate for integrating the science of emotional health into our daily lives, workplaces, and education systems. He is also the author and co-host of the popular podcast, Dear Therapist.
