"Breathing in, I calm my body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment” - Thich Nhat Hanh We lost an incredible leader this week. Thich Nhat Hanh, the Vietnamese Buddhist Monk, has passed away at the age of 95 after living an inspired life that impacted lives around the world. In a world that always seems to be fighting for our constant attention, I am here to remind you that it is important to practice mindful wakefulness. Throughout this episode, I share simple steps that I recommend to free your mind and release stress. Taking just a few minutes out of your day to breathe and just be, will ignite your intuition.
