Ben Buckingham posted a personal best of 8:24.39 in steeplechase in Turku, Finland on Continental Tour, taking Ed Trippas’ recent spot of 5th fastest Australian of all time. Morgan McDonald took out the 5000m in 13:13.67, also narrowly missing his respective Olympic Qualifier, Dave McNeill finishing 3rd in 13:14.19. Launceston Running Festival Tom Do Canto wins half marathon 62:38 over Riley Cocks and Ben St Lawrence in foggy conditions, with Milly Clark winning the women’s half marathon.
